Brief Introduction

 Foundation Time: 1901 (27 Year of Emperor Guangxu's reign during the Qing Dynasty)

  Hangzhou Cuiqinzhai Moslem Food Co., Ltd. has its history of nearly one hundred years. In Emperor Guangxu's reign during the Qing Dynasty, a Moslem man from Beijing with his wife opened a food workshop in Hagnzhou, named Cuiqinzhai and dealing with Moslem snack. While he made the Moslem food, the whole street could smell the sweet and people who tasted the food made by him all gave a good appraisal. So Cuiqinzhai snack became famous all over Hangzhou City.
  From the Republic of China (1912-1949) to the early of liberation, Cuiqinzhai struggled to survive in Hangzhou. In 1958, Cuiqinzhai joining in other firms established Hangzhou Guangming Food Factory. And in august of that year, it changed name to be Hangzhou Cuiqinzhai Moslem Food Factory. Till the reform and opening, the factory was restructured itself to be Hangzhou Cuiqinzhai Moslem Food Co., Ltd. and refreshed a new life.

  Recent Situation:
  Hangzhou Cuiqinzhai Moslem Food Co., Ltd. is member of China Moslem Food Association, standing director unit of China Baking Candy Production Industry Association, director of China Cake Profession Committee, director unit of Hangzhou Food Association, one of top 100 China famous baking food factories. In 1995, the company was appraised Zhejiang Province Field Best Economic Benefit Unit, Zhejiang Province Commercial Excellent Enterprise. For many years, the company was appraised Hangzhou Excellent Enterprise, Hangzhou Good Credit Unit and Hangzhou AA Class Credit Enterprise.

  Hangzhou Cuiqinzhai Moslem Food Co., Ltd. keeps hard work and aggressive spirit to advocate Chinese traditional food culture. By organically combining traditional craft and modern science, we have developed Hangzhou special series Moslem tea food and West Lake lotus root starch, which are very popular among common consumers, Moslem people and foreign tourists. We also got praise of government and relative administrations. Our annual production value reaches 30 million RMB and main products include tea food, cake, moon cake, and West Lake lotus root starch, etc.

1985 Cuiqin Moon Cake of Cuiqinzhai got First Award of Package Design of China Light Industry Ministry.
1986 Heshi Moon Cake of Cuiqinzhai got Scientific Advancement Award of China Commerce Ministry.
1997-2004 Guangshi Moon Cake and Sushi Moon Cake of Cuiqinzhai got High Quality Award of China Moon Cake Celebration of China Baking Candy Production Industry Association.
2004 Liurong Moon Cake of Cuiqinzhai got China Famous Moon Cake title of China Food Industry Association.
